If so, why not come and join us and we’ll train you to mentor others who have digital challenges and difficulties in getting the best use out of using anything from Desktops to tablets to creating emails and shopping online. You don’t need to be a 'techie', common sense and a desire to help others is all we expect.

The role will involve both face to-face and remote support to older and disabled people living in North Tyneside. You will be supported throughout your volunteer 'journey' with us.

All activities are undertaken with stringent Covid secure working practices in place and any out of pocket expenses are reimbursed.

We are also interested in those who may not be able to commit to being a Digital Mentor but who would like to micro-volunteer their time completing agreed volunteer activities that benefit the charity.
