With support from Local Connections Fund (National Community Lottery) small projects like ourselves can make a big difference in closing the gap between Digital and Social Exclusion. By working together with those experiencing isolation, we can create a strong and vibrant community where people can learn and grow together with support from our volunteer Online Chum Mentors.
